Leadership for Healthcare (QQI Level 6) (17 Apr 2025)

The course is aimed at equipping participants with crucial skills for managing care settings for older persons. Upon completion, learners will henceforth be able to adapt their management style to meet national quality standards, ensuring effective governance and organisation within the care facility.

Develop the capacity to build high-performing teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively address issues impacting residents and clients. Additionally, the course covers coaching, staff management systems, delegation, and employment law relevant to the care sector.

Delivered virtually over six days with webinars, assessment includes a learner record and skills demonstration, finally leading to a QQI Level 6 Leadership component award upon successful completion.
